I got my Moon Cup in the mail today!
I already have another menstrual cup, I can’t remember the name of it, but I had been tossing around the idea of having a spare. I couldn’t really justify paying another $30 for one. Somehow I was able to score this bad boy for $9 on Amazon! With free shipping! And it came with this adorable little bag.
I have a feeling that I won’t be keeping the stem that long. I was having issues with the suction on my other menstrual cup. It might have to do with the fact that I cheaped out and bought a brand that I wasn’t really familiar with, and hadn’t heard much about.
I’ll let you guys know what I think about it, in about a month!
I have had a MeLuna Cup (mine is purple!) since around the end of summer last year, and let me tell you it has changed my life. No more gross tampons or pads. No more having to change a tampon every four hours. I don’t have to worry about nasty chemicals entering my body. And best of all, less waste. These babies last for up to 10 years.
I would highly recommend them to any and every female that I know. You may think that its gross at first, but trust me, you’ll get over it. I’m actually thinking about buying another one to have as a spare. I loves them!!!
Seriously dudes, check out the Lady Cups. They are too damn adorable.
http://meluna.eu/ I bought the MeLuna cup because it was a bit cheaper, and came in more colors. (lol). I also liked it because you can pick your choice of stem. No stem at all, the little ball thing (which I have), a ring, or the traditional stem.
http://www.divacup.com/ - The Diva Cup is probably most widely known. It’s sold in places like Whole Foods.
